By downloading, installing, or using Hunny ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hunny is a mobile application designed for couples to stay connected. Our services include:

• Shared notes and doodles
• Real-time location sharing and distance tracking
• Love Compass feature
• Shared calendar for planning events
• Together counter to track relationship milestones
• Home screen widgets

3. Account Registration

To use Hunny, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Partner Connection

Hunny allows you to connect with one partner at a time. By connecting with a partner, you consent to share certain information with them, including your location (if enabled), notes, and calendar events. You can disconnect from a partner at any time through the app settings.

5. Hunny Pro Subscription

Hunny offers a premium subscription ("Hunny Pro") with additional features. By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to track someone without their consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

7. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (notes, doodles, photos). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Arctec and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of Hunny is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCTEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
